- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions for home improvement projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all repair work. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for repair tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
