General Laborer United Steel Fabrication LLC Fyffe, AL 35971 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our projects. As a Laborer, you will work in various environments, assisting with physical labor and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties and follow instructions to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are organized. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas. Requirements Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
