Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. Construction Worker Responsibilities Assist in the installation and repair of foundation support systems. Dig trenches, mix concrete, and prepare job sites for repairs. Use hand and power tools safely. Load, unload, and transport materials. Stick weld to join metal components.
