You’ll start by learning the ropes, and if you show up early, work fast, and communicate well, you’ll move into a leadership role fast. This isn’t a temp gig. I’m building a team — and I’m looking for someone who wants to make $1,000+ per week running a crew.

Pay:

• Start at $18/hr during trial period (2-4 weeks)
• Move up to $20-$25/hr once you prove you can lead
• Same-day pay available
• Bonuses for hustle, full-day performance, and upsells

Duties:

• Haul heavy junk, furniture, debris, and trash
• Assist in loading, cleanup, and customer communication
• Run dump runs, track time, and manage job flow
• Eventually train and lead new team members

Requirements:

• Be early, not just “on time”
• Strong work ethic — this job is physical and hot
• Driver’s license preferred (not required)
• Have a reliable phone and be reachable every day
