We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Crew Member to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results to our clients.

Position Overview:

As a Construction Crew Member, you will work as part of a team under the guidance of the Crew Lead to complete residential renovation projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, from demolition to final finishes, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with demolition, carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, trim work, and painting as well as other areas as needed Follow project plans and instructions to complete tasks as directed by the Crew Lead or project manager. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on-site. Safely operate hand and power tools, and assist with equipment and material handling. Perform quality checks on work completed and ensure it meets the company’s standards. Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. Assist with site preparation, material procurement, and cleanup. Follow safety procedures and practices at all times. Assist with maintaining the inventory of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in residential construction or renovation preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials. Must have own basic tools (drill, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.); we will provide specialized tools as needed Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to follow directions and work well within a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. OSHA safety training or willingness to complete safety certification.
