Experience Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and supervise a team of construction workers on job sites ✔ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards ✔ Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for efficient workflow ✔ Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment ✔ Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience as a construction crew leader or foreman ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills ✅ Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations ✅ Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans knowledgeable with concrete finishing ✅ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites Why Join Us?
