The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role involves working collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. The Construction Laborer will assist in various aspects of construction, including masonry, remodeling, and flooring installation. Responsibilities Assist in the construction of structures by performing tasks such as masonry, hardscape, and remodeling work. Support carpenters with door hanging and other carpentry-related tasks. Help with flooring installation, ensuring proper techniques are followed for quality results. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications. Lay tile according to design plans while ensuring precision and quality. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with masonry, remodeling, construction management, hardscape techniques, and flooring installation is advantageous.
