The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial builds, renovations, and outdoor hardscaping. The Construction Laborer will be integral in supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist in various construction tasks, including framing, plastering, and concrete finishing. Support remodeling projects by fabricating and installing materials as needed. Participate in glass installation and restoration tasks to enhance building aesthetics. Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Experience Previous experience in construction management or related fields is preferred but not required.
