Job Title:

Skilled Laborer Job Description We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team, primarily focused on cutting metal and assembling racks as part of our refabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude and be experienced in using a tape measurer and reading blueprints within industrial or construction settings. This role involves working both inside and outside a production facility. Responsibilities Cut metal and assemble racks for refabrication projects. Utilize a tape measurer and blueprints to ensure precise work. Perform mechanical assembly and fabrication tasks. Work collaboratively with a small but rapidly growing team. Operate effectively in non-climate controlled environments. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial or construction environments. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a tape measurer. Ability to perform mechanical assembly and fabricate sheet metal. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry and general labor. Knowledge of fabrication techniques. Work Environment The work environment is non-climate controlled, offering a dynamic setting as part of a small team that is experiencing significant growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Montgomery, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.00/hr. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Montgomery,AL.
