In this role, you will be responsible for the construction and installation of playground structures, ensuring they meet safety standards and are completed on time. This is a full-time, year-round position based out of Duncanville, AL, with travel required to various project sites throughout the state. Key Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks on playground construction sites in all weather conditions. Use hand and power tools safely and proficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; CDL preferred. Desire to travel with the team most weeks. Previous construction experience preferred; on-the-job training available. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift 80-100 pounds and work a full shift in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Compensation & Benefits $18•28 per hour, pay determined by experience. Lodging and travel per diem provided. Paid time off and holidays.
