• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Crew Lead / Installer for Outdoor Construction to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading or being a critical part of a team installing and repairing a variety of project types on residential and commercial properties, and directing other installers and laborers in the installation/construction process. The work we do includes tasks such as fence installation, deck & pergola construction, and various other outdoor builds. We typically run 3-4 man teams for most projects, sometimes more as the scope of work dictates. The Crew Lead is the on-site lead for all installation processes, and is charged with making sure everyone on the crew is utilizing their time and efforts in an effective and efficient manner. The Installer works directly with the Crew Lead to successfully accomplish the on-site goals. We are looking for an individual that is attentive to detail, can problem solve on the fly, works well with others in a team setting, and is looking to grow in a company and in their career. • Responsibilities:

• Safe and knowledgeable use of a variety of power tools.
• Understand goals for each job and problem-solve quickly for any issues that arise
• Be familiar with basic building codes and ordinances as it relates to outdoor work
• Measure and mark projects according to specifications
• Use electric and gas powered equipment
• Install fencing materials such as wood, chain link, steel or aluminum
• Ensure job site work is level and secure
• Clean up work areas and remove debris
• Direct others assisting their efforts in a professional manner

• Skills:

• Experience in framing and carpentry, outdoor construction and repair, or have a well-rounded enough background in construction that you can easily take on outdoor construction projects
• Ability to

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, particularly heat
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Fence building experience is not necessary, but a plus
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is not necessary, but a plus
