Construction Laborer 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Bentonville, AR Center Point Contractors, Inc. is a full-service construction company with 17 years in the business. We specialize in construction, renovation and maintenance in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals eager to be an essential part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction duties, including but not limited to, digging trenches, cutting and patching concrete, installing fencing, and operating hand and power tools. Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy materials, loading and unloading equipment, and cleaning construction areas and equipment. Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Operate small machinery and equipment under supervision. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials at the job site and at the office. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, issues, and concerns as necessary.
Requirements:
Experience as a construction laborer or similar role in the construction industry. Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools and equipment. Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects. Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather. Outstanding teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take direction. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Proactive and problem solving mindset. High level of integrity and professionalism.
