In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Previous experience in construction or related fields is required. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
