Experience with residential and commercial site work preferred. Sewer, water, and septic experience a plus. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, bulldozers to perform various tasks on construction sites. Execute operations while adhering to job site safety to minimize risks on the job site. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use. Skills Skilled in operating heavy machinery such as backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, and able to shovel/labor when needed. Experience in construction site operations with a strong understanding of safety practices. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Maintain a positive attitude with the ability to be productive when given a task.
