Entry Level Construction Laborer 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Connecticut Full-time Employee MA, CT Telecommunications Ground Hand Pay $20.00 Hourly starting rate Other Requirements Valid Driver’s License and be able to pass a drug test. Travel is required. Reliable transportation Attendance and On Time Reliability is a must. Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift to 75 pounds. Job Description Ground Hand for aerial and underground construction crew. Lifting ladders, material and equipment. Pulling and tugging rope, cables, and equipment. Work in all weather conditions and terrain.
