The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for construction projects. Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople.
