Full Job Description Job Title:

General Laborer EverGreen Erosion Services is looking for a General Laborer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is motivated, hardworking and dependable. Experience operating trucks and trailers is preferred, must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Job Summary Responsible for installing silt fence around properties, including residences, farms, and buildings. Yard is located in Melbourne, Florida (daily meeting location). This is a year round, full time position, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work. Experience is preferred, but not required as hands-on training is provided.

General Laborer Responsibilities:

Back filling to proper specifications Hammering posts in preparation for fence installation Exceptional installation of silt fence Ongoing site clean up Trimming sections of the fencing to ensure that they are appropriate in size Preparing the site by digging holes and trenches in which the fencing will be positioned Joining, raising, and securing segments of the fence in place Checking for gaps and vulnerabilities in the fencing and correcting these, if needed Measure square footage of yard or property that fence will enclose

General Laborer Requirements:

Physical strength and stamina Teamwork Ability to operate the appropriate tools and equipment Capacity to fulfill your duties independently and on time A valid driver’s license without restrictions required Reliable transportation Experience is preferred, but not needed Ability to successfully pass drug screen prior to employment
