Full-Time Crew Dispatch Lead Clerical Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to achieve any goal
• Must have the ability to communicate to STRONG Personalities
• Verizon Connect GPS Knowledge
• QuickBooks Knowledge
• Deputy Knowledge
• Review and Assistance of Weekly Payroll Processing
• Highly Organized, detail oriented & Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Scheduling
• Lead weekly safety meetings
• Daily Site Visits
• Weekly Material Orders
• Fuel Log Management
• Must have the ability to self-audit work
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Internet Proficient, Computer Savvy Education/Certifications/Experience:

• Associate Degree or better
• Notary Public is a plus
• Prior Experience in Construction Industry is a MUST
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• MUST have a valid driver’s license and own form of transportation.

Must maintain professional demeanor, have abilities to multi-task, be proactive, detail-oriented, result driven & team player!

Office Hours:

7AM

• 5PM, Monday through Friday.

This position is a full-time in-person position.
