MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.

Construction Worker:

Framing, Drywall and Finishing. Concrete pouring, repairs, and finishing. Concrete Restoration. Chipping Haul away concrete Flooring and molding. Waterproofing – Caulking Reading and understanding plans is a plus. Worker $17.00 plus based on experience Must be knowledgeable and able to operate an articulating boom and be able to set up and work from scaffolding. Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when necessary. Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines. Ability to follow and execute instructions: Demonstrates strong listening and communication skills, ensuring that work is completed according to client or supervisor specifications and preferences. Capable of following detailed instructions and delivering results within the required timeframe.

Qualifications:

Reliable Transportation is required daily to get to scheduled jobs. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Valid Driver’s License Must reside in South Palm Beach or Broward County Must be neat, clean and organized Looking for reliable dedicated workers who can work independently and as a team. Full Time Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm must be on time and ready to work, 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Some weekend work is required from time to time. Please, serious applicants only with valid driver’s license, must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus. Pay can be negotiable based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
