The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently dismantling structures, preparing sites for new construction, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of construction practices. Responsibilities Safely demolish buildings and structures using hand tools and heavy machinery. Remove debris and hazardous materials from job sites. Prepare sites for new construction by clearing away old materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site. Assist in the installation of new structures as needed, including door hanging, flooring installation, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation. Fabricate components as required and ensure proper plumb and level during installations. Participate in remodeling projects that may involve hardscape work.
