Full Job Description Pay:
Starting at $120/day (with pay increase after 5-day trial based on performance)
Schedule:
Full-time or Part-time | 7:00 AM•4:00
PM Job Summary:
Martinez Pools & Spas is seeking reliable and hard-working laborers to assist with pool construction projects. This role includes physically demanding tasks such as site prep, debris removal, demolition, and material handling. You’ll be an essential part of the crew, supporting the field team to help keep jobs moving efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites Assist with pool demolition and general site clean-up Load, unload, and move heavy materials and equipment Support skilled tradesmen with various tasks as needed Follow safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors Maintain tools and job site cleanliness
Requirements:
Must be dependable and punctual Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow directions Positive attitude and team-first mentality Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required Our projects range from Boca to
