Job Training & Development Responsibilities :
- Perform general maintenance and repairs during and after home construction (carpentry, drywall patching, minor electrical/plumbing, etc.).
- Handle punch-list tasks to prepare homes for final walkthroughs.
- Address warranty-related repairs for completed homes.
- Maintain tools and equipment used on job sites.
- Safely operate and drive an XL work van for transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met.
Skills :
- At least 5 years of experience in handyman work or construction.
- Familiarity with tasks specific to home building or renovations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an XL work van.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of handling construction-related activities.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
