These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Performs construction, maintenance, janitorial and repair tasks in public rights-of-ways, City-wide parks, green spaces and public facilities; uses fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides and cleaning solutions to maintain City-wide parks, rights-of-ways, and green spaces. Helps maintain City-wide sprinkler systems, City-wide waterway systems, fields and parks for youth/adult athletics, interiors and exteriors of City buildings; replaces fixtures; performs other repairs of City structures and facilities; completes citizen/departmental generated work orders.
