Small Equipment/Laborer Position Available In Broward, Florida

Small Equipment/Laborer Fine Line Electric Pompano Beach, FL 33064 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Small Equipment/ Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities as well as our warehouse. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate small equipment, backhoe, ditch witch, forklift, etc. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Pick up and drop off lifts to the site. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents or injuries. Requirements MUST have valid/clean Florida Driver License Previous experience in construction or related fields is mandatory. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 150 pounds). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
