Job Description:

We are seeking Tool Conex Employees for upcoming projects in Immokalee, FL. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing tools and inventory on-site while supporting construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and track tool and equipment inventory
Ensure tools are properly organized and accounted for
Assist with tool distribution and returns
Support the construction and solar site team as needed
Follow safety protocols and site procedures
Help offload deliveries (forklift operation experience is a plus)

Qualifications:

Strong punctuality and reliability
Prior inventory management experience
Experience working on construction and/or solar sites
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
