MAJOR FUNCTION
This is unskilled and limited semi-skilled manual work in the performance of laboring tasks and a variety of construction and maintenance work. Work performed under direct supervision. Training and Experience
Minimum Experience:
completion of the eighth (8th) grade
One (1) year experience in performing manual labor or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of tools used in maintenance and construction work. Knowledge of occupational hazards connected with laboring work. Ability to perform manual labor. Ability to learn methods of operating and maintaining equipment and tools. Ability to follow, read and understand written and oral instructions. Ability to complete daily worksheets accurately. Skilled in using hand tools.
