Masonry and Carpentry, Concrete Work, Electrical Support, Framing and Trim, Drywall and Painting, Patios and Outdoor Structures, Siding and Roofing, Flooring, Windows & Doors, Driveways, Sidewalks, Slabs, Fences, General Labor and Maintenace.

Responsibilities As a key part of BBC crew, you will tackle a wide variety of on-site tasks, including but not limited to, framing, walls, roofs, and structural elements, Trim Installation, baseboards, casings, cabinetry touches, Electrical wiring prep and conduit runs. Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing. Hang, tape and finish drywall, prep and paint surfaces. Lay subfloor, laminate, tile or engineered hardwood. Set, shim and secure windows and exterior/interior doors. Build and finish outdoor living spaces, steps and hardscape features, General labor site prep, clean up and equipment operation and upkeep. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices. Experience Dependable and punctual – you show up ready to work and you bring your best. Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor for extended periods. Eager to learn (Helpers) or Ready to Lead (Crew Leaders) Team player with a positive can-do attitude- You communicate clearly and keep morale high. Previous experience in construction or labor is a plus but not required- we care more about hustle than your resume. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
