Construction Technician START ASAP Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Title:

Construction Technician Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Technicians for an exciting project at the Jaguars stadium of the future. This role involves working Monday through Saturday, with one Saturday off each month. The work hours are from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. For quicker response email resume to (Kgraf@aerotek.com) Responsibilities Maintain and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including steel-toed boots, hard hat, working pants, safety gloves, safety glasses, and hi-vis shirt or vest. Perform general labor tasks on the construction site. Use hand and power tools effectively and safely. Act as a gatekeeper to monitor and control access to the site. Participate in commercial construction and cleaning activities. Assist with security measures on the site. Follow instructions from the superintendent. Direct materials and drive to and from the site as needed. Work Environment This role is part of a commercial construction project in downtown Jacksonville. You will work alongside multiple general contractors and sub-contractors in an outdoor setting, often in the Florida summer heat. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
