Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Set up temporary structures, such as scaffolding or barricades
- Operate small equipment (under supervision) such as saws, drills, or compactors
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform general site cleanup during and after construction work
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the site supervisor
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, but general labor or construction experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (outdoors, heights, noise, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
