This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Assist construction workers with various tasks, including site preparation and cleanup. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Help set up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures. Support the installation of building materials such as drywall, flooring, and roofing. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements Must have a valid current Driver License and reliable transportation. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
