In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organizing work areas. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
