Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled tradesmen on job sites, help with material handling, site preparation, and general labor duties. No experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment Support drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction work Maintain a clean and organized job site Mix, pour, and spread materials as directed Perform demolition and surface preparation tasks Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Run errands or pick up materials as needed Provide support to crew members as directed by the supervisor or foreman
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Pass a Background Check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable using hand and power tools (training provided if needed) Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required
