Employee will do a variety of construction including the following: Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards Load or unload building materials to be used in construction Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth to prepare for construction Operate or tend equipment and machines used in construction Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers Assist craftworkers with their duties Job Requirements Must be able to multitask Must provide own hand tools General Construction Experience is required Hiring Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Valid Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record Be able to pass a criminal background check While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or reach with hands and arms: climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk to hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with a dolly, pallet jack, etc. Air Mechanical & Service Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
