Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Crew Members to join our team. As part of our construction crew, you will play a key role in assisting with various tasks on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. If you’re passionate about working with your hands and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow within the construction industry!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment and warehouse
- Carry out physical labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to safety regulations at all times
- Work with a team to complete construction projects on time
- Follow instructions from supervisors and provide support wherever needed
- Help prepare job sites for construction and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and ability to work well on a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- A valid driver’s license with heavy duty truck and trailer hauling experience
