As part of our construction crew, you will play a key role in assisting with various tasks on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment and warehouse
• Carry out physical labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to safety regulations at all times
• Work with a team to complete construction projects on time
• Follow instructions from supervisors and provide support wherever needed
• Help prepare job sites for construction and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and ability to work well on a team
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• A valid driver’s license with heavy duty truck and trailer hauling experience
