EXPERIENCE

QUALIFIED

individual with demonstrative skill. You will be working directly with the GC on current projects. Skilled handymans looking for steady work are encouraged to apply. Again-this is a SKILLED position. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is REQUIRED- please DO NOT apply if you do not have verifiable experience Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds ) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
