In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks to ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and temporary structures. Perform physical labor as required, including lifting heavy objects. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
