Entry-Level Construction Worker Tampa Bay Construction Services Tampa, FL 33612 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the job site. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Load and unload materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
