Wesley Chapel Blvd compensation: $25/hour employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Skilled laborer Southern Crest Pools LLC is a Florida based company that primarily works in Hillsborough and Pasco County. We install hydraulic systems, set pool equipment, and build footers for new pool construction. We are looking for skilled laborers to join our team. We are looking for individuals that are ambitious, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. The right candidate will be able to take instruction, be detail oriented, and take pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities:

Work in a safe and professional manner at all times. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Load or unload job material, equipment, and tools. Maintain a proper work area and keep equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Perform duties as assigned by the owner. Dig trenches for footers, build footers, install rebar, set pool equipment, and install pvc pipe in accordance with the specs on a print. Work in an efficient and productive manner. Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

Experience in the pool industry preferred, but not required. Experience driving an excavator is not required but is a plus. Be punctual and a hard worker. Have a valid DL, reliable transportation, and be able to commute to job site(s) within 40 miles of Tampa. Be able to safely and efficiently use and maintain power tools. Be able to use and read a tape measure and do basic math. Be able to lift 40 pounds, carry, push, and pull equipment and job material. Able to bend, climb, squat, and kneel.
