Construction Laborer ROVB, inc. 845 Old Dixie Highway, Vero Beach, FL 32960 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction and maintenance. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Responsibilities will include assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to the overall success of projects. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of roofing materials and fixtures. Support construction estimating processes by providing accurate measurements and assessments. Participate in cabinet installation and trim carpentry tasks. Engage in water damage restoration efforts as needed. Carry out construction painting duties to enhance project aesthetics. Help with flooring installation, ensuring proper techniques are utilized. Perform maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards. Experience Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with construction estimating is a plus. Skills in cabinet installation, trim carpentry, or similar trades will be beneficial. Experience in water damage restoration or flooring installation is advantageous. A background in maintenance person services or fixture installation is desirable.
