This is a travel position. Relevant construction or industry adjacent experience for candidates could include handy-man work, renovation/remodeling, landscaping, tree trimming, carpentry, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and heavy equipment operation. All American Construction Services is hiring entry-level and skilled laborers. Our company specializes in multi-family communities (mobile home communities, vacation RV parks, apartments, condos, amenities) and site work (building demolition, hauling, excavation, tree work, infrastructure).

Full-Time Position Pay:

$13.00•$20.00 per hour

Benefits:

Pay rate is negotiable based on experience level Opportunity for professional growth Per diem, hotel (double occupancy) during extended projects when you travel away from home

Requirements:

All applicants must have a valid Florida Drivers License Willing to submit to a drug test Ability to lift 50lbs Construction or trades experience preferred Able to perform a variety of tasks for construction, installation, and maintenance work Must be willing and able to perform physical work in the field conditions Willing to travel and stay on the road for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

Able to follow written/verbal instructions, perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Use an app to update work order with pictures and notes Communicate with supervisors in a clear and timely manner Assist trades as needed and directed Clean and maintain a safe work environment by picking up trash and construction debris Operate and maintain equipment as needed Pick up and deliver materials to job sites
