No experience required, we will train the the ideal candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of underground fiber optic lines. This role requires a good driving record (which will be checked) as well as excellent attendance. Excessive call offs will not be tolerated. Starting pay is $20 an hour. Work day transportation is provided. Days start in Cape Coral area but we also service Fort Myers, and Naples. Duties Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables in various environments. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of installations, and repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in various conditions, including outdoor environments. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to work 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch Monday – Friday and 8-12 every other Saturday Good attendance Good driving record
