Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable shop person to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks throughout the shop and in the field, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires a hands-on approach and offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction field. Duties Maintain yard and shop. Yard organization. Service and clean equipment and vehicles. Clean, sweep and remove any garbage/trash from the shop area. Help with ordering and picking up parts. Assist with seal coating, stripping, and asphalt patch work. Assist with picking up and dropping off dumpsters. Help technicians as necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

A willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong work ethic and reliability.
