Construction Worker – Aluminum Installer Ron’s Aluminum Service Inc. 4221 SE 53rd Avenue, Ocala, FL 34480 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals with reliable transportation to join our team as Aluminum Installer. In this role, you will install soffit, fascia, vinyl ceiling and siding, and screen rooms. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety on the job site. Duties As an Aluminum Installer, your responsibilities will include: Assisting the lead installer with cutting materials for a custom fit and installation of the product. Loading and unloading materials and tools from trucks and storage areas Maintaining a clean job sites by cleaning up any debris generated by the crew at the job site. Operating basic construction equipment and tools as needed – examples: skill saw, nail guns, drills, etc. Following safety protocols and maintaining compliance with industry regulations Proper storage of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition Participating in team meetings and communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers Experience The ideal candidate for the Aluminum Installer position should possess the following skills: Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools Possession of a tool bag/belt with basic hand tools Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately A commitment to safety practices on the job site If you are looking for an opportunity to grow within the construction industry in a relaxed environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
