Construction Crew Member Saftron 14025 NW 58th Court, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 Overview We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting with various tasks on-site to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors. Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies. Follow instructions from foremen and other skilled workers to complete tasks effectively. Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
