The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines at all times.
