In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are looking to contribute to the building and renovation of structures. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision. Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance during construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Load and unload materials from trucks and move them to designated areas on-site. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
