CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Construction Laborers in Miami Lakes, FL for a physically demanding project involving digging work all week long. Candidates must be dependable, ready to work in the heat, and equipped with their own shovels and PPE.

Job Duties:

Perform continuous manual digging throughout the workweek
Assist with moving soil and preparing trenches or foundations
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all site safety protocols and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

Proven experience in general construction labor
Must bring own shovel(s) and wear full PPE (hard hat, gloves, vest, safety glasses, and boots)
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Action-Oriented
