Construction Worker Miami Pool Tech Doral, FL 33166 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced tradespeople. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and moving equipment. Support skilled workers with various tasks as needed, including framing, roofing, or concrete work. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment on-site. Adhere to project timelines and contribute to meeting deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
