Helper/Laborer TLC-The Logical Choice, Inc. Miami, FL 33130 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills while working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks and projects. Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed. Help with the setup and teardown of job sites. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Experience Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
